Meet Our Team


Amy L. Young (LPC, M.S. Ed., NCC, NYCAPP) is both a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with an expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Applied Positive Psychology, and a range of other modalities from her eclectic training and over sixteen years of experience. Amy is currently in the process of becoming an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).

Amy is available for individual, family, and couples counseling, and can assist those seeking help with a number of issues including parenting, stress, grief, divorce, aging, life transitions, and the unique challenges facing families of special needs children.


Jacqueline C. Duca (LPC, LCADC) holds licenses in both Professional Counseling and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counseling and is certified in Applied Positive Psychology and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. She also holds certifications as a Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher.  She practices Integrative Therapy, drawing upon nearly two decades of experience in a number of modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory applications.

Jacqueline has expertise in the mind-body connection, chronic pain and stress-induced conditions, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Her strength-based counseling approaches focus on restoring health to the mind, body, and nervous system of her clients.


Bethany Mucci (LCSW, ADHD-CCSP) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work with a concentration in clinical practice with families and children. She has provided mental and behavioral health services in educational, residential, and outpatient settings, with experience in crisis and de-escalation management, advocacy, communication, & clinical skills, and working to build social skills and self-esteem.

Bethany is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with a deep understanding of the complexities of ADHD. With her specialized training and expertise, Bethany provides comprehensive care and support to children, teens, and their families facing the unique challenges of ADHD.
